政府による施策は、より効果的だろう。なお、GNP（国内総生産）は経済家が試算するとてもいいアイデアだ、なぜなら、全ての生産力と生産される付加価値だ。それは、一ヶ月のものがとても良い、なぜなら　それは確かなものである。そして、収入と生産力が一致する。私の総生産力を多大な努力で上げたいものだ。もし、私の総生産力が貧弱ならば、ほかのも下がり、しかし、逆に私の総生産力が多大ならば、ほかもかなり大きいだろう。）
